There is one older blonde lady that works there. She has posed so many problems when I go there. I've been using the cleaners for at least 10 years or more. But when she waits on me she messes up my order and she argues with me and she lies to me. She has waited on me three times in the last 10 years and I have had a problem every time. When other people wait on me I do not have a problem. It's very uneventful. But I will not be going back because of that older blonde lady with the long hair

I was sent on a last minute business trip out of town, and needed a lot of my clothes cleaned before I left. I had a large bag of clothes that mostly needed dry cleaning that I brought in around 5:00 and needed them before I left town at 10:00am the next day. WARNING: "HORRIBLE" Customer service when they RUIN your Clothes, they immediately start to tell you that the managers not in right now, that they will let the manager know what happened and then he will give you a call back. Only to find out that they don't call you back. You have to keep calling to get to even speak to a manager. i received no apology, all they keep saying was that they followed the care tag label. This is a great cleaners. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed well. The staff members are professional and friendly. I have been a loyal customer for 15 years.

Poor customer service. Dropped off for same day service and came to pick up at 6pm, they decided to hold a piece without calling or consulting me. When I brought this to the attention of the manager he told me, when you run your own dry cleaners you can make those calls. What happened to customer service? We get the right to choose where we do business and treating people in this manner without the common courtesy or respect to allow me to choose if you hold a piece that I needed for same day service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!CLOTHES CAME BACK SMELLING OF SWEAT.THE OWNER SHOUTED OVER THE PHONE AT ME CLAIMING THAT DRY CLEANING DOES NOT REMOVE THE ODOR OF SWEAT ON CLOTHES.FIRST TIME I,VE EVER HEARD OF THAT AND FIRST TIME THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED IN THE MANY YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN DRY CLEANING MY CLOTHES.WHAT LOW QUALITY SERVICE.DOES NOT DESERE TO CARRY THE NAME.PLACE IS A FILTHY DUMP

Woman's linen jacket is ruined. Store director ineffectual and will not contact management to view garment. No compensation! No 2nd cleaning. No fix or reimbursement without owner's permission.

If you have time to wait for your cleaning this might be the place for you. I took my cleaning in on Friday morning around 8:30am and requested to get it the same day. I was told they were too busy and it would be Monday after 6pm. I stopped by to see if it was ready about 4:30 on Monday they told me to come back at 6. I showed up at 6pm and waited until 6:30 to get my 14 shirts. They had to find them and finish pressing. My daughter looked at them closely this morning and the sleeves have some wrinkles. Great service and very friendly staff. Always on time and the clothes are in great condition. Glad to have them as my neighborhood cleaners!
