#1 he was rude on the phone when trying to make an appointment. Told him i was going on vacation and he said "well you don't need a.c. then." I do. That in itself was unprofessional. #2 he said he would come by today. Hasn't shown up. He said he was getting ready to come by 2 and a half hours ago. Now both phone numbers go straight to voicemail. #3 very very slow responses. Takes like 2 hours before i get a message back. Overall i found this business to be VERY unprofessional. Horrible customer service and doesn't follow through with appointments. He will tell you this time then no call no show his own clients and when you call he will turn his phones off rather then talk to you about it. If you want a child fixing your stuff he is your guy. By the end of our experience we got a single message saying "plz find someone else" Your money and time is best spent at another business. I would only recommend as a cruel joke...
