I have been with Walkers HVAC for 18 years servicing out furnace and this spring we didn’t hesitate to call them to install a heat pump. From the first point of contact Laura and Leah were fantastic and very helpful, the 2 gentlemen that did the install were prompt and efficient. Walkers installed a beautiful Mitsubishi mini split system for us and it is fantastic. The whole process from quote to finished installation was wonderful, great people to work with, good advice on products available and great workmanship. Very happy with the process and the end result.
We recently had a heat pump installed by Walker's and were very pleased with the whole process. The staff before the install were professional and thoughtful, helping to ensure we had what we needed for a grant application and keeping on top of the next steps. What an amazing experience working with Walkers.. Scott taking his time to meet with me before purchasing my new home to show me the benefits of a heat pump. The technicians who came and installed, it were professional, cleaned up and answered all my questions. And now with this heat wave, I am so grateful to also have my AC working and keeping us cool. We had a brand new Mits Air heat pump and air handler installed in our cottage near Minden. The Walker's team, and the team from their suggested electrician (Sharp) were excellent! They provided a lot of information about the work they were doing and how to use the system after installation. The staff that did the estimate were thorough and the sales team answered all my questions. Now we're basking in cozy warmth!
