We recently had a heat pump installed by Walker's and were very pleased with the whole process. The staff before the install were professional and thoughtful, helping to ensure we had what we needed for a grant application and keeping on top of the next steps. What an amazing experience working with Walkers.. Scott taking his time to meet with me before purchasing my new home to show me the benefits of a heat pump. We had a brand new Mits Air heat pump and air handler installed in our cottage near Minden. The Walker's team, and the team from their suggested electrician (Sharp) were excellent! They provided a lot of information about the work they were doing and how to use the system after installation. The staff that did the estimate were thorough and the sales team answered all my questions. Now we're basking in cozy warmth!
Walker's was called in to give a second opinion and follow up service after a restoration company installed a faulty air exchanger. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Leah in the office and the competent technician who came to my home. The issue was resolved. I was very appreciative and would happily call on them again.
