Very Honest I highly recommend this mechanic. They are honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to properly diagnose issues and explain repairs clearly. What I appreciate most is their integrity, they never try to upsell unnecessary work or claim there are problems with the vehicle that don't actually exist. It's refreshing to find a mechanic who is reliable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping customers keep their vehicles in good condition.
If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I had another Above and Beyond experience with them. Took me in right away and fixed an sudden exhaust clamp leak on my Audi that had my exhaust hanging scraping the road. Assessed, fixed, and sent on my way in under 30 mins. I recently had my brakes and rotors replaced, and I am beyond grateful for the incredible service I received. The mechanic is so honest and truly cares about his customers. I had an urgent appointment, and he managed to order the parts and complete all the work in just one day. The entire family is lovely, incredibly nice, and genuinely amazing people. I’m so thankful for their efficiency, kindness, and integrity. Highly recommend!
