Usually a good service but tickets to this particular event did not state when or where to catch the bus and then when we decided to not catch the bus we received a really rude phone call to see where we were. It definitely could have been handled better! No website did not help the situation!
Drivers are lovely!
I tried to book a hire bus and this service has not even bothered to contact me I have rang no one picks up the phone or get back to you in my books this means unreliable and cant deliver I can only say people beware
