I was very pleased with how fast everything was handled, I switched from one insurance to Hughes Insurance and I was so happy with the coverage. I also have renters insurance for my apartment. I have been with Hughes Insurance for years. My son was in an accident caused by another motorist. The work that Natasha and the crew put into this was amazing. I do not insurance shop because I love customer service. At Hughes, you can probably save some money, and I guarantee you will get top notch customer service

I have been with Everett Hughes Insurance for approximately 5 years. Natasha has gone above and beyond to find the most cost effective insurance while making sure it is above adequate for any situation we can only hope not to find ourselves in. The customer service I receive from this office is amazing. I am always telling people she is "the best insurance lady EVER." You just cant go wrong with them.
As an independent agency, they have some great things going for them: the ability to provide rates that are much more competitive than the big players like State Farm (saved me \$150 a year, my brother \$500), they are local and small enough that customer satisfaction is paramount, and have a refreshingly modern website!
