The older lady that does the ultrasounds needs to be fired. She made me feel HORRIBLE today. I’m a FTM and she’s always just been so rough and mean with me and was just sighing the whole time. I called this women’s health center hoping to schedule an appointment, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I was disconnected twice while trying to speak with someone, with no call back or explanation. I understand clinics can be busy, but hanging up on someone without even a basic attempt to reconnect is incredibly unprofessional—especially when it comes to patients seeking care or important health services. These people misdiagnosed our unborn baby, in an attempt to get drug screens for DHR. Lied that my unborn had cystic fibrosis by genetic blood testing from mom, when in fact, CF can only be ruled out by Chorionic villus sampling (CVS) and did a horrible job covering the lie up.. once I denied a "genetic blood test", they never gave sound or thought to (CVS) testing after me denying the blood test.. made my wife wait HOURS such as (3:30-4pm) to even be seen at her (1pm appointment), getting there early, same results each time... read more
I had my child here a year ago, Dr. Gates is outstanding. Its been about a year and I called to get an appointment for a check up and the girl up front was very rude, smart with me, and would not let me see Dr.Gates still ONLY would schedule me to see a NP after I asked twice to see Dr.Gates. Then proceeded to talk about my balance which was mistake by billing as they arent billing correct insurance as ive told them since last year.
