why poor, first we were filing chapter7 and they set it for 13. NEVER answer are questions or call back !! Tell us one thing but its another. Its frustrating the way it is, a big head ache. They said they would send it off.... and 3 weeks later, they tell you they just sent it. Bad Choice.
