IN MY OPINION. Beware of walker transmission. Stay away. They turned my bmw into JUNK!! NOBODY WILL EVER WORK ON IT NOW. I have no way to get it fixed. I took them to court and won in November. But I still have not got what the court ORDER THEN TO PAY. They are messing with the wrong person. They will pay. My lawyer's tell me I can attach anything in their name. I had a great experience with Walker Transmission. Matt and his staff are very knowledgeable and have great customer service. They answered all of my questions throughout the process and thoroughly explained what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way! I highly recommend giving them a try you won't regret it!
Great service! While on vacation, the transmission failed in our van. Walker answered the phone and assessed our van on a Saturday. They replaced our transmission by Tuesday. Mathew is an honest guy that knows what he is doing with transmissions. He is a kind and easy to talk to person. Thankyou, Matthew, for getting us on the road quickly!

If you want to go with people who will keep your car beyond 1 month, lie to you and say that it is fixed then this is the company you want. Their practices are very questionable. They lied to my face, said my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. I had to get it towed the same day that I received it back from Walker's supposedly "fixed." They overlooked my concerns with endless kind words and bad service. I would not recommend taking a Matchbox car to them to work on let alone your car.
