Dawn Reid is the most unprofessional closing agent I have ever experienced.
Rude, unprofessional, run away from this place if you are looking for a pleasant closing professional experience. Our experience on the signing day, Linda will rush you and refuse to give a copy of what buyers are signing until after all signatures are done. Even with us requesting to view what we are signing, she refused and pressured us to sign, otherwise, threatening for a un-timely closing. Buying a real estate should be handled with professionally manner. I would never recommend such title company to anyone!!
