Customer service is non existent.. After needing 2 brake adjustments at a weigh station, we were recommended to call Walker Tire-Truck.. The individual on the phone noted it would be about 45 minutes to arrive which was fine. Repairman arrived at 10:00 PM (a bit earlier), with incorrect tools, no lights (he was using his laptop screen for light), and spent an hour trying to find a 4 prong socket wrench... Meanwhile my driver has an ELD and has to deliver freight the next morning, so I called in the office for an update. I ... read more
