The owner was very friendly and very helpful. Despite issues with the U-Haul 24/7 app check-in, he was able to get us on our way quickly.

I am completely unhappy with the entire rental. This person not only threatened me by saying if I game him a 1 start he would come to Michigan, but bragged about threatening someone else for giving a 1 on the review. He also bragged that a man dropped his car and the transport at his location while unloading at his house and he had the mans car towed. My son witnessed all of this.
