I really have nothing nice to say about this place. The owner is really skilled at ripping people off, as he took more than $400 from me over a simple fuel leak he originally quoted at $68. Walker got a new certified mechanic this season who is AMAZING. He is knowledgable and has years of experience. I see this place turning around. Give them another chance.

Took my generator there for warranty work, told them it had no spark. A month later they called and told me it was the carb. They charged me $200 to replace, then called me a month later to tell me the generator ran great for a moment and now has no spark. Clearly it didn't have a spark, think they just guessed and lied about the carb. Generac told me anything electrical would be under warranty, Walker told me I had to pay him and then try to get reimbursed from Generac even though they are a warranty dealer with Generac. looks like all reviews shows this guy is simply a crook! I brought in my older gas trimmer which I bought new for only $79 bought at a tool outlet, after 5 years it was a problem starting, so Walker charged me $44 just to look at it and told me it would cost $228.90 to repair! I said forget it, but he stated he had a couple of used trimmers he could sell me. I told him as long as you guarantee that it will start and I do not have to fight with it to start..."oh no, all tuned up and working well'. So I purchased it for $73.67... read more

I should be able to give zero stars to the worst place I have ever tried to deal with. I bought a mower from them that I never able to finish mowing my yard with in either of my two attempts. After the first attempt I took it back because it quit and would not start back. It was warranted so they said they fixed it after about two weeks. On my second attempt the side blew off the motor. I took a trimmer in to get repaired. They were not able to repair the trimmer, but offered a "like" trimmer. I purchased their trimmer, and what a mistake. It didn't even work when I got it home. I have asked them about it "4" Times, but every time it's either not repaired or they need a part. Stay away for them, or you will get taken like me. I'm usually cool about things like this, but not when my wife is harassed on the phone! STAY AWAY!

I recently took a go cart to be serviced that has not worked in a long time. I spent nearly $400, had to return the go cart on 4 occasions with in 1-2 months and it has not worked longer then 5 mins. They will not offer a refund and to continue working on it they want more money. The new clutch I paid for, was never installed, the valves stick and it burns oil. Take your business somewhere else where they provide QUALITY work and hold up to their name or you will get scammed just like my son did and got a non working go cart... read more
