Terrible customer service – They repaired my self-propelled lawn mower late last Fall - focusing on fixing the inoperable self-propelled function and sharpening the blades. Repairs cost me about $130. I only used it once then put it away for the Winter. Upon using it for the first time this Spring, the self-propel function doesn't work and the whole mower shakes.
