My car broke down on the turnpike. It was a coolant leak of some sort, and it had to be towed off the roadway. Late on a Friday afternoon, in the Thanksgiving holiday week, this gentleman made time to look over my car and attempt to repair it. The damage was essentially minor, but it still needed to be corrected. Scott labored for over an hour attempting to pinpoint the problem, then he applied a stop leak product and gave me a bottle of antifreeze, so that I could continue my out-of-state trip without further delay.
