I have had nothing but problems with my CX-5. It was in the service shop for a month last year for an issue they could not easily solve. Oh...and now the same issue is coming back intermittently again. Last week I took my car the Walker Renton Service to look at a battery issue. When the service rep called me I was told the battery was fine. Which made no sense since since the battery died out of no where. I work for a competing dealership in the area. The service I received from the Manager and Katrina was very good. It didn't seem very pushy, And they were willing to just let me test drive the two cars I wanted to check out. Although I decided to not go for it on any cars... I can recommend them. Who knows? in a few months when I'm ready to finally pull the trigger on something, I might be talking to them. Thank you!

We visited Renton Mazda and Teo helped us out. He's a super knowledgeable salesperson.. He knows a lot about cars and the sales process in general. He actually used to be a mechanic for boats so he really knows his stuff. It was awesome of him to take time with us when we are at the dealership. Go see Teo if you need help with a vehicle.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Walker's Mazda! Tony was my car salesman from the start (test drive) to the end (buying the car and getting plates). More importantly, he was the important link to help me getting paperwork and communications done here and in another state.
