Techs lie to vets, They will neglect your parrot and birds, have no qualified staff on site by there own admission, no food for parrots on site, advertise they are qualified for avian care. Staff don't even understand the basics of cats being extremely toxic both in saliva and on there claws and that any cat strike on a parrot or bird is an emergency, especially for long living, intelligent species that are if not more affectionate and pet like then many cats or dogs. I’d such a great experience with my dog. The doctors are great and very helpful Routine vaccinations are amazing and when I need any emergency they are all fantastic.

We needed to bring our little guy in this past weekend during after hours (he was neutered at our regular vet and he got to his incision over night which lead to swelling a terrible infection) and we received top notch service! Everyone was so kind and friendly! We've (luckily) not had to bring a pet in for emergency services and we were beyond happy with the care we received! We cannot say thank you enough to the team!
The staff are wonderful. They are informed, kind and genuine especially in an emergency. I am grateful for the service they provided us and to the community in general.
