My swamp cooler went out and it was extremely hot especially w an uncomfortable toddler at home. I called Walker River Mechanical and a technician showed up later that same day. He was thorough and honest and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. He ordered the part and 2 days later, we were cooling! I can't recommend them enough. In a small town like Yerington, it's nice to have a company just around the corner i can call when life happens!
I CALLED THEM TO SERVICE MY WASHING MACHINE. SOMEONE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY,CAME IN AND LOOKED AT THE UNIT, HE HAD NO TOOLS OR A VOLT METER AND STARED AT THE MACHINE FOR TEN MINUTES.HE WENT OUT TO HIS TRUCK AND CAME BACK WITH A SOCKET DRIVER AND REMOVED THE LOWER PANEL STARED SOME MORE AND HE NEEDED TO ORDER A NEW CONTROL UNIT, WHICH WAS IN THE TOP OF THE MACHINE .A WEEK LATER HE WAS BACK REPLACED THE UNIT AND SAID IT NEED A NEW DOOR LOCK.
