Extremely unprofessional experience. We were given a scheduled time, but no one showed up. After waiting, we were then told they would not be coming to provide the service even though we were ready and willing to pay. Lack of professionalism, poor communication, and a complete waste of time.

Had a good experience with Walker for a warranty repair on a commercial Atosa reach-in freezer. It did take a couple of trips. First repair was to improve a design flaw that allows condensation to build causing frost. It didn't solve the problem we were having but probably needed. When we continued to have frost issues as well as temp issues, they came back and diagnosed that the temp sensor was not working correctly. Part was ordered and replaced within 3 days. Commercial refrigeration repair. On time, quick response. Efficient.
They came to fix my ice maker for 4 times and every time the supposed fixed was wrong and the fixed again and again , they charged me 4 times and the ice machine still broke , please give a yourself a favor don’t call walker refrigeration
