The buying experience with Graham was excellent. I couldn't fault anything. We did the deal over the phone and confirmed the part exchange price. Graham delivered the car to me in Cornwall, and took mine back. He did not require the full payment until the car was delivered.I would recommend Walker Pratt to anyone.

Initially good communication and customer service, but sadly as soon as money had changed hands, this disappeared, ongoing issues have been virtually ignored and promises broken.
