Something bad happened to this agency. Jack Poole himself lived next to my grandparents in Damascus and our insurance has been through this agency in our entire family since before I was born. I have never had issues with Erie and typically boasted about them. Most of my family has moved on from Erie and I am next.
I was a customer of Walker Poole for 30 years. Don't expect them to help you when you have an issue with Erie. Customer service is atrocious.
These guys get the job done. Best home and auto service around. You talk to a real person and you get results.

He seemed to understand the situation I was in and offered assistance in a professional and informational way. It seemed like he wanted to make sure I understood what was happening and I couldn't be more grateful.
