Great neighborhood, the building process was seamless and fast!
The HOA OMNI is the worse. The Developer set it up. People have lived in this community for years and OMNI now runs the HOA and is being a Nazi. You now have to pay $250 to submit a request form to build anything like a fence, deck, etc. And not to mention the wait as they are “so far behind.” Neighbors in this community DO NOT want Omni. I have to say that, if it wasn't for Teresa Baines I don't think we would have went with Maronda Homes. She was sensitive to our needs and went out of the way to see if we would be interested in a different price home and it worked out tremendously. The house is fantastic! Thanks Teresa! I also have to say thank you to the project manager Shane, for his continuous help!
