Dr Walker is a great doctor she listens well I felt great explaining all my concerns with her at the visit she answered all my questions, I then went to check out listed my pharmacy and never got any of my prescriptions, I’ve called numerous times they explained to me that she will call me to refresh what’s was discussed to provide right medication, I called three times three different days still no prescriptions been sent out, and nothing we discussed has been documented, I’m very disappointed with this office
Dr Walker and her professional staff. In my experience have always delivered exceptional service over the 10 years that I’ve been a patient. Dr Walker is a dedicated Doctor that always helps her patients to achieve good health.
The most uplifting and extremely satisfied appointment. The staff was very efficient in performing my tests. Dr. Walker impressed me with her knowledge, congeniality, professionalism and demeanor. I understood her meaningful words, advice and recommendations. I am blessed to have a caring, extremely dedicated and trusting Dr. I highly recommend Dr. Walker .
Worst treatment in a doctor's office I have ever received. She schedules too many people in an hour and cannot get to them expeditiously. I waited in a hallway on a chair for 2 hours to be seen for five minutes by her Tech.
My cousin went to her and was given horrible service. Was supposed to have a scan done before surgery and she never ordered it. The surgery that was desperately needed was cancelled because of her incompetence.
Very long wait time, overcrowded waiting room - for some it may be a sign of doctor's popularity, but I won't come back after one visit as a new patient. Doctor was very busy and spoke to me for less than a minute. The nurses were busy too. One out of two prescriptions was faxed to the pharmacy, they forgot to fax second prescription.
Her Nurse Practitioner is very good Her name is Phaedra Walker, But Monica Walker forget things. For example she will tell you that she will run testing. you will never get a phone call unless you go again for the second time. I recommend her to my best friend was a horrible situation. I fell so Bad.
