I purchased a new pontoon from here this year, the experience was top notch, Skip did a fantastic job of showing me boats, explaining the options/functions and details about each boat. the boat was ready when I arrived, it was very clean and detailed, the license numbers were installed and filled with fuel. I had an issue with my boat while on vacation in walker. Within minutes of my call- they had a technician meet me on the water to attempt to resolve it. It ultimately needed to be brought into the shop- but Garrett was able to fix the root cause which had been flaring up for months. Everyone was extremely professional, competent, and seemed genuinely interested in getting my boat back on the water as quickly at possible. A+ crew here!
Wonderful place. Employees put my husband at ease right away stating, "don't worry, we will take of you!" Husband states all employees were so friendly and very nice! We forgot our pontoon keys back home 3 hours away, They had us in and out within 15 min with a new set of keys! Will go back for future needs and reccomend to everyone!
