Had to fire them. I couldn’t get information from the owner on a bid for for landscape updates or on billing questions. The work they did was average.
More than once I was billed for services that they didn’t even show up to do. I had to bring this to their attention. Had to repeatedly ask for refund with no apologies from management. Not using them anymore.
I called looking for service and some Leslie hung up on me very rude. I would not recommend this place.
