I truly appreciate the services provided by Dr. Wilfred yesterday to my family; however, I found the front office coordinator's behavior somewhat unprofessional. Her loud voice and ongoing conversations at the front desk created a distracting environment. Even I work in the same setup, but a calmer, more professional tone would greatly improve the experience for visitors. Patients don't have to know your personal conversations, better to keep them at back and show some great patient experience.
