Dr.Walker was a decent physician (RIP) but I find Dr.Ryan Dobbs to be better at listening useful medications as well as booking specialist appointments and follow ups The phone service needs major improvement, it’s VERY hard to even make an appointment by phone, and absolutely no type of message service (voicemail, text, or online ET) Honestly better off physically going to the office and booking an appointment in person over trying the phone
I have been a patient of both Dr. Walker and Dr. Dobbs and am grateful to have found doctors that truly care about their patients. I miss Dr. Walker with all my heart as he had once saved my life and always prescribed me the right solutions when I was ill. He was amazing man, dedicated to his patients until the end.
I really like Dr.Dobbs but have a really hard time getting through on the phone. Would love the option to text, email or leave messages. We’ve had medication run out and been unable to get refills due to not being able to get ahold of anyone. Huge pain. I hope he comes up with some way to get ahold of him!

Is the phone broken there ? Worse the trying to call in for bingo n a tune on Monday nights jeeepers... someone pick up a phone there ..
