I cannot agree with the review about the person on government insurance - I had an excellent experience and felt very taken care of. New to Medicaid, I started seeing the nurse practitioner Alysia for some chronic health and perimenopausal symptoms I was having. Always caring. Never had a better doctor.
I have never had so many issues or been treated so poorly by staff. Zero solutions and have more problems than when I originally came in. They ‘don’t have time’ for people who carry government insurance. I shouldn’t have to advocate this hard for my health just to receive their incompetence. I absolutely do not recommend this office.
