Service with a smile! I stopped by to see in person the place my friend had booked for her son’s birthday trip to New York. Lauren took the time to show us around, answered my questions, and as a result, my friend now knows she made the best choice for her upcoming stay! The hotel is beautiful and unique, and offers amazing views of the city! Wholeheartedly recommend!

We had an excellent experience during our entire 8/6-8/9 wedding stay. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff friendly and accommodating. Isabel, Lauren and Jake, as well as the manager of the Society Cafe (sorry, I forget her name) , worked with me to book rooms (at an excellent NYC price), and did their best to accommodate last minute requests.
