Really lovely stay- beautifully decorated rooms, warm and welcoming staff and amazing location. I was there during a heat wave and the a/c worked very well. Would definitely stay here again!
My friend and I flew in from Nashville, Tennessee, and from our very first interaction with the front desk staff especially Aliyah we knew we had made the best decision. She was an absolute gem:personable, attentive, and professional. I wanted to like this hotel so much. Sadly this was underwhelming. Open the video here... I had this sound in my ears all night every night. In the end they offered me to change room but I was too busy to pack and move. The room itself felt way too small and dark... Really really didn't like it. Also not spotless clean... It was dusty. The best hotel in New York
For the price, this hotel was a major disappointment. There are definitely some charming touches. The lobby lounge area is cute, the restaurant and bar are beautiful, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The terrace was also a nice feature, even if the view wasn't much to write home about. Unfortunately, style seemed to come at the expense of practicality.
