In pursuit of an agricultural educational experience for students of all ages, we plan to provide a small venue fit for special life celebrations and everyday blessings. We are situated on an 85-acre farm, producing a variety of foods, raising animals and honey, and growing herbs and flowers using techniques that protect the environment and help foster the development of healthy living.

A beautiful venue for celebrations. The food was excellent and the service prompt and delightful.
I moved away from Iowa City a year ago and I miss Walker Homestead every day. The farm-to-table dinners are unmatched and the team does a fantastic job making it a full experience. I wish I could pick the place up and move it closer to me.
We have LOVED Walker Homestead since the second we walked onto the beautiful property! We had the privilege of having our wedding here, and the staff could not be more incredible. The food is amazing, the staff is communicative, and the views are unmatched. We truly feel so lucky to share such special memories at the most perfect place.
Congratulations on your article in the recent Iowa Magazine! We enjoyed some really high quality wines during our visit a few years ago and we’ve experienced many well known wine regions in the U.S., France, Italy, and Spain. Glad to see you are open on Thursday now vs. Sunday so when we are in Iowa City for a football game, we will have a better chance of visiting again!
Great place, subpar dinner. Couldn't get a cheese pizza for kids at a table. Pizza was either overly charred or doughy. The cheese we got when asked was not pizza but a sloppy dough mess with melted oily cheese and balsamic spewed over it.
