In pursuit of an agricultural educational experience for students of all ages, we plan to provide a small venue fit for special life celebrations and everyday blessings. We are situated on an 85-acre farm, producing a variety of foods, raising animals and honey, and growing herbs and flowers using techniques that protect the environment and help foster the development of healthy living.

This farm and winery is literally a dreamscape of an event venue and local business. My husband and I had the most beautiful two-day wedding on the grounds, but we've also enjoyed many meals during open events. Kristy, Diana, and the entire team at Walker Homestead are an absolute joy to work with and really make everyone feel at home. There's no better venue in the area if you need to host a private event, this is where you should be.

I have been to Walker Homestead many times and they never cease to amaze me. The owners are always working in their free time and stop to mingle with guests, share details of the farm and winery, or mention one of their many hosted events (often fundraisers). I drove from the Quad Cities to Walker Homestead Farm and Winery and had the most beautiful evening. The food was amazing, the staff was very attentive and the sun setting over the hills was a stunning bonus. I highly recommend and I will definitely be making the trip back.
We had our wedding here in August 2024, and choosing Walker Homestead was the BEST decision we made. Kristy, Bob, and their staff have a true passion for what they do, and it shows in the care and thoughtfulness in every detail.
