I purchased house from Walkers and it is one of the good decision. Their houses are quality and very good after services. The good thing is, you will get lot of selections in base price and you would mostly end up little to none for upgrades as you would see one of your choice from base selections. Purchased my first home in Phase 3 in 2019, closed in early 2020. The quality of the home is great and the service is very good. The good thing is that all upgrades can be included in the purchase price so you can put that in mortgage (unlike in GTA, where you have to pay upfront for all the upgrades).
