Kudos for expedited response. Dr. DeLoach prescribed a hospital bed for a family member. An unintentional delay occurred. Dr. DeLoach’s staff contacted Walker’s and the problem was resolved within a couple of hours. Walker’s delivery and setup was prompt and done with excellence. Well done! Walkers Home Medical is great. However, the guy managing the oxygen department, I believe his name is Steve, is rude and really doesn't care about the customers. He's acts extremely bothered when asked questions, he's also very dismissive. The portable O2 machine was not charging correctly. I went out of my way to bring him the machine (because it wasn't holding a charge and it wasn't working correctly) for service. I asked basic questions regarding the use and operation.
