I rented in Big Spring Texas at westover apartments. I turned my 30 day notice in September 1, 2024 for departure on sept 31st. I went to see property manager to get exactly whaT I owed so I could pay for September before I left. All was good. He gave me a figure, I paid with my debit card like I've done for 3 years. Walker Holder took over my complex in February. They placed a paper notice on resident’s doors on 1/25 (the notice was dated 1/23 but placed on 1/25) and gave residents 5 business days to pay rent by physical check to the physical leasing office. I personally received no other notice of ownership change or policy change- only this rolled up sheet of paper in my door knocker. I don’t even believe they deserve a full star. This company can’t do anything right. They don’t do what the law requires. Ignores their own tenants and then blames us. Not worth living here. Especially at 4804 haverwood. WORST COMPLEX.
