I TOOK MY CAR TO LINCOLN MKX TO GET BUMPER FIXED AFTER I WAS REAR ENDED BUT THEY DIDN'T WHAT TO FIX IT BECAUSE THEY SAID I HAD FRAME DAMAGE WHICH IS A BUNCH OF CRAP SO I MY CAR AT OTHER COLLISION SHOP THEY SAID IT'S FIXABLE

I can’t speak to the quality of work- didn’t get that far in the process-customer service and communication need improvement. AAA gave us a list of recommended body shops, I called the Walker Ford body shop first thing in the morning, explained they were on the recommended list, the adjusters report, confirmed the process and see if there is anything else I could/should do or bring with me- let them know I could bring it by at the end of the day.
