Very disappointed with process and salesman - tried to sell me a RAV4 with undiagnosed check engine light. Said “it just came on” before I arrived to test drive. Said “we’ll take care of it” a week ago and still have not and pestering me as if I’ll consider it as-is. Said they would provide counter offer in 12 hours and nothing for days. Counter offered as if I would consider it w check engine light. Uh, no thanks. Buyer beware here.
Easiest dealership experience ever! My husband contacted them through Facebook Marketplace on a Sunday when the office was closed, yet Dre (the sales manager) got back to him within minutes. He was totally transparent, easy to deal with, and the entire process was pleasant. We offered to put a down payment to hold the truck for us since we were coming from out of state, but Dre said not to worry and that he would never sell the truck out from under us.
