DO NOT order from this company. They are a SCAM. I found the dressers I’ve been looking for everywhere as they were sold out. I found them on their website, ordered them and was charged $345. It took forever to get confirmation of the order itself. I emailed about a shipping update as they give you no estimate. The lady Brittany said it was back ordered and would ship on the 16th. Furniture was what you expect for the price point, but decent. It damages easily. The main problem is we ordered through HD and the order never shipped. HD says it was an oversight on not one but two orders. I call shenanigans. A damaged nightstand is useless and more useless without the dresser ordered at the same time.
Less than 1 star, really. I purchased a bunk bed manufactured by Walker Edison from Wayfair. The bed was recalled for not having supportive slats. I contacted Walker Edison as instructed to request the replacement slats to make the bed safe. Almost 2 months later, I have not received the slats. At first I was told the slats would be shipped in a week or two. When I contacted them a month ago, they informed me that there would be a short delay. Customer service has been super easy to work with. I ordered an item that got delivered with some missing parts, and Amy from customer service was super helpful in getting everything resolved in a timely matter. Quality of the furniture is about what you would expect, but the customer service team has been top notch! Update: I’ve now had to place 2 replacement parts orders, because the parts they sent me to replace the initial missing parts were either the wrong product or damaged.
