Delivery driver clipped our gate with the back of his delivery truck driving in to drop off gravel, it totaled the gate, and he left without saying a word. We called the company to have them make it right but they refused to talk to me "the wife" and hung up on me and my husband. They won't return our calls. We had been a customer for over 5 years. Ordered gravel, and the driver hit our gate driving in. It's a 12 foot entrance, and apparently, that was too narrow. Left without saying a word. Called to get it fixed, and the owner started blaming us from the get-go with every excuse possible. He refused to take responsibility for the damage caused. I will never buy from here again. Updated on 06/12/25. They paid for a new gate, randomly after ghosting me for a week. Glad they made it right! 1 Star to 3 Star.
