We have banked here for almost 30 years. Their service is as good as it gets. I have had very few problems in that time, but if there was one, a quick phone call was all it took to get it rectified. They really, really care about you and your business! And, we have yet to find anyone who can match their auto loan rates!
No consistent policy or procedures. Apparently items (such as paychecks) are deposited on the whim of Management while debits are immediately pulled from the account. $900 in the account and they bounced my $600 rent check while my paycheck lingers in the “processing” stage. Total lack of Professionalism. I have been a member at WCFCU for several years and could not be happier! Their customer service is incredible and I always know I will be taken care of when I walk through their doors.
I highly recommend Walker County Federal Credit Union and appreciate their amazing work they do in helping me with loaning me money.
Sometimes a small bank is just that. Just when you think your local bank can handle anything, nope they can’t. I recommend a larger bank with better online banking to have access to all the transactions on your acct.
Took all my information along with the requirements to open an account just to tell me my ssn doesn’t work as if I don’t know my own social. Very shady business and a huge waste of my lunch break.
