Very rude worker. As me and my family waited for 7 long days to find out if a kitten that was in my yard had rabies the worker here had no empathy. We brought a dead kitten in Saturday to the shelter(animal control) to get tested for rabies. Were told by Wednesday we would have are results. Come Wednesday no results. Pound said to call Environmental that they ruled it wasn't necessary. After talking and explaining how Center of Poison Control said it was necessary finally they agreed to have the animal tested.
