Bill and his staff were caring, professional and respectful. They made our family and guests feel welcome, comfortable and like they were helping their own family.
Losing a loved one is never easy but a huge thank you goes out to Bill Padulo and the entire staff at Walker Brothers. We needed to transfer my Mom from Arizona back home to Spencerport. From our first contact, Bill handled ALL my questions with sincere patience. When we finally met, it felt as if we had entrusted our Mom to a family member. I can't speak highly enough of the compassion and thoughfulness that was shown to our family.
Our family had a great experience working with Walker Brothers. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. They tried to make everyone feel comfortable. They explained things well and things went smoothly. They cared about our loss and did their best to make things easy for us. It was a very good experience.
