I had a great experience with my family while traveling. Dakota rescued us just west of Mankato. We had a wheel bearing go out in the early morning. I called Napa as soon as they opened and asked for a recommendation. The gentleman there helped me get in touch with Dakota; who brought his roll back out and rescued us. The part was is stock at Napa and Dakota told us it would take about 4 hrs to get us on the road again. We got breakfast at the store next door and walked to the park to wait. I was driving cross country pulling a uhaul when my AC went out in 105 degrees. Dakota so graciously came and looked at it and gave us a quick fix. So thankful he saved our entire trip!!

Had appointments set to replace 2 electric window motors and they kept canceling saying “time is an issue “ .. After letting them know they could keep it until the job is finished !!! Maybe locals are treated better.. Idk
