Had a really bad experience with Norms on my diesel exhaust fluid system on my Ford F250. I’ve never in my life left a negative review but in this case it’s merited. The attached photo shows a picture (after the work was completed) of the diesel exhaust fluid status. It shows less than 50% full. This was the reason I brought my truck in. I paid them over $1000 to fix this and the gauge still reads exactly the same. They tried to tell me this was actually the gauge for the diesel exhaust filter not the fluid.
