Called to ask what are some basic requirements to obtain insurance. Lady told me she doesn’t know but she could have a quoting agent call me back. I asked when would they be able to call me back and she stated she did not know. I asked why did I need to talk to a quoting agent about basic requirements for obtaining insurance. It is incredibly difficult to accomplish anything with this agency! This is our business insurance broker and I can not get them to respond to email or voicemail. If you value your business look elsewhere for insurance.
