Terrible Appraiser. Stay away at all cost. This appraiser is extremely rude. Regardless of what he says his experience is definitely not worth doing business with him. Fee was very high to being with but we decided to use him. BIG mistake. I won't go further into detail about how bad Appraisal company was to save them the embarrassment.
