This is a very nice company and a quality product. My dog is struggling a lot during his recovery from hip replacement surgery. I ordered a harness in the evening after business hours, they custom made it to his specifications and made sure it was shipped out the very next day. The material is soft and comfortable, and it fits my dog perfectly. I appreciate their custom service and quality design/materials so much!!
We worked with Cathy who was so nice...she brought everything downstairs and out to us. Did a fitting right there. And made sure Hans could walk well in everything. He's been having trouble walking for several weeks due to what the Vet said after taking X-rays is probably a bulging disc. I've been holding his back end up by hand for the last several days for him to go potty. We saw Walkabout Harnesses in a dog magazine and wanted to find some durable shoes for our 8.5 year old boxer, who has begun dragging his back feet when walking. The website taught me so much about what was going on, including the term "knuckling" that can happen to older dogs. While I was just looking for durable shoes (he has been wearing through shoes in about 10 days) I found the "Walk-a-boots" that are AMAZING! I would give 6 stars if I could. My 90lbs dog ruptured his CCL. I ordered a knee brace and was super impressed by the fantastic quality. I worried that there may be chafing or rubbing but the material is fantastic. The owner is very responsive and knowledgeable. I had to return one brace to get another size and the process could not have been easier.
