The ceiling in my apartment room is cracking apart, sagging and has been leaking for the past 5 months every-time it rains. When I first noticed the ceiling months ago, I had the maintenance guy come in saying there’s nothing he could but potentially go on the roof to fix it which nothing was fixed. I rented from walk 2 campus in 2022. I lived in a house with 3 other girls. It’s important to note that all these girls were friends before they met me. To make a long story short…me and my cat both suffered harassment and abuse at the hands of the girls and when I called Bruce the landlord he informed me that I was free to leave, which I did. If I could give it a zero I would. The walk2campus leasing is horrible. They do not give you your money back in the right amount of time. Also, they like to block your number and treat you like garbage even when you’re asking them a question. Do not recommend
