Food is very good Must say like some, when I first tried this place (on more than one occasion) a few years ago I was disappointed in the food -- it was like they popped it out of the freezer -- but I heard they were having trouble and had to replace their Chef. However, since then and a brand new Chef later -- the food has really gotten much, much better. I really enjoyed the grilled salmon and bok choi and the salads. In fact, I liked it so much I tried to recreate it at home. Have been going back since.

Worst service ever!!! – Went with my friend for lunch and we were one of the first tables in. It wasn't crowded initially, but it still took for ever for the waiter to come over. Once he did he took our drink order, but said he would be back to take our food order. He disappeared for what seemed 20 minutes. Once we did order our food came out in a reasonable time, but we never saw our waiter again. We had to ask other wait staff to help us. He eventually showed up as we were leaving to take his tip. I would suggest something from the menu but everything is really good. From the entrée's to the service, no other place around comes close to Walk Street.
The best burger on Seventh Street ! The Shrimp Risotto is one of the best dishes in the Village !
Second Visit Better Than The First – Due to the interpretive nature of food reviews there is never universal agreement. Must state that this fellow Robert: operates a pleasant, clean upscale bistro that impressed me ever further on my second visit. It it distinctly evident upon being seated, that the premise is spotless and the service friendly and capable, always delivering delicious food in a proper, fine fashion. Please keep up the fine work.
Worst Night Ever – I had the opportunity to go to Walk Street and it was the worst experience of my life. The food was horrible and the service was terrible. I had a fish dish that smelled as if it were 6 months old, of course I did not eat it, my husbands fish seemed to be ok. The worst part is when the critter came crawling out from the wall right on to our table.
