So sad! I have been to several Walk-ons locations and have always had a great experience. But, this location in Slidell, LA was terrible. The service was below bare minimum. The wait time was inexcusable. (It was not busy.) We were seated at the bar and had to ask our server to check on our food because people that arrived and ordered after we did had received and eaten their food and paid their check and left while we had nothing.
