I visited WalkOns in West Monroe on 9/23/2022 and a server by the name of Nan served myself and my 6 year old son, she was so sweet and very attentive to our needs. Nan assured all our needs were met and that we left full and happy. If you’re ever visiting West Monroe stop through and ask for Nan she works the evening shifts. Boom Boom Shrimp: a ver nice fried shrimp appetizer. Catfish Atchafalaya: basically their Crawfish Etouffee with catfish, which I ordered blackened, was delicious. Portions are not huge either so there is room for dessert 😄 Bread Pudding: made with Krispy Kreme donuts is the base. Not bad. Beignets: oh yes! Cocktails are delicious of course. Wait staff are efficient and friendly without being pests if you know what I mean.
Wonderful experience! Minor issue- husband got incorrect hamburger, they addressed it immediately. One of the cooks/chefs came out personally, brought correct item and he got both. Both burgers were awesome!!
Food was great. As we all know restaurants always have some type of snafu... not this one. The kitchen was cranking out orders and correctly like they had been doing it for years. Great family place.

One word... AMAZING. I ordered their boudin balls and buffalo chicken sandwich. Thier boudin balls are little but packs a punch of spiciness deliciousness. Their buffalo chicken sandwich is like no other. It comes with not one but two chicken not tenders but boneless breast patties (thick patties) on a sourdough bun. When you leave here you are going to have to call a cab because you will be too full to drive. We also ordered again from there using the waiter app and it was again the same deliciousness.
