My friends and I "A party of 10 total" went to the Walk ons location in Bossier City Louisiana this afternoon. We we're all seated once we arrived, our waitress was just as sweet as she could be,took our drink orders and got them out to us quickly. One of our party wasn't satisfied with her drink and requested a different drink. Waitress took care of it no problem. Worst dining experience in my life Friday night 6/20/25. From what I read, they never reply to complaints. I left info everywhere but do not expect to hear from anyone
Corporate office will NEVER answer the phone no matter what prompt you select. They used to. I want to know why their so called "rewards program" sucks so bad AND why did they discontinue the Chicken Bomber sandwich??? I may not ever return! Seriously!!! Walk-On's was great when they first opened, not so much now. I hope they shut down!!!
I went to walk out in Prairieville for my birthday. I ordered crawfish fettuccine. All I got was a little drizzle of crawfish, fettuccine gravy and a little a little bit rice no bread that was poor for the price.
